My specialty is about self-acceptance. It is about helping people to truly allow themselves to fully be all of who they are.
What I do is holistic, it encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. In order to fully heal all parts need to be considered.
As a *compassionate healer I have a lot of heart. I feel things through my heart and connect with others this way.
I'm not theoretical. I am experiential. I have learned how to help others heal through my own healing.
In my journey to finding compassion, love & forgiveness towards the dark, shadowy parts of myself allows me to help others to be able to heal their darkness. In other words, to bring love, compassion, and light into the dark areas of their lives.
I believe most healing occurs simply through self acceptance.
The more I can accept myself and be loving towards all parts of who I am then, in turn,
I become less judgmental - not just of myself but of everyone else as well.
The more I allow myself to be loving, caring, and kind to myself then the more kind, loving, and caring I am towards the rest of the world.
This is something that is unconsciously communicated and it allows for patients of mine to feel they are in an environment with me where they are going to be cared for, they are going to be safe, and they are not going to be judged.
*The word compassion means suffering with.
